Amidst the fact that Pakistani citizens cannot visit Masjid Al Aqsa due to visa restrictions, here’s the opportunity to virtually stroll around the Muslim’s First Qibla and learn the historical significance about it.
Abrar Hussain, Creative Director at Red Face Films brings a full-length documentary styled movie, One Night in Al Aqsa showcasing one of the sacred places, the ancient sanctuary of the Muslims in Jerusalem. It highlights the prophetic events happened hundreds of years ago and the ground realities about why Muslim sentiments are spiritually attached to the dome of the rock at Masjid Al Aqsa.
With this, a lot of people will have the opportunity to witness the power and may relive the history of Masjid Al Aqsa.
One Day in Haram
Earlier, Hussain has also worked on one of the famed and award-winning releases, One Day in the Haram – an extraordinary display of the God claimed sanctuary and the story of the Haram in Makkah. It is for the first time that any production could manage to capture the inner workings of the Haram, as witnessed and experienced through the eyes of the caretakers and workers, over a full day period in Haram.
“If there is one city in this world that I love as much as Makkah, it would be the holy city of Jerusalem. I can’t explain in words how much appreciation I have for this city and its people.” – says, Hussain, Director at Red Face Films.
